Ross connects people with digital technologies through user centred research and design processes. With an Msc in Design Ethnography and over eight years working in digital agencies he has a wealth of experience carrying out research and designing interactions for people in contexts such as tourism, travel, finance, electronics and luxury goods. Working with organisations including M&G, PayPoint, Waitrose, BBC, Sony, Nokia and Thomas Cook Airlines he delivers digital products and services built on the foundations of deep insightful research.

In his free time Ross enjoys electronic music, rock climbing, cycling, hiking and snowboarding.
